General Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions for booking and staying at Aparthotel San Bernardino
These general conditions govern the contractual relationship between Aparthotel San Bernardino and its guests. By making a reservation, the guest declares to fully accept the following conditions.
Reservations
- •Reservations can be made by email, phone, or through our website.
- •To confirm your reservation, we require the details of a valid credit card as a guarantee.
- •The balance must be paid prior to check-in.
- •Your reservation is considered confirmed only after we have received the required information, any applicable deposit, and our written confirmation.
Check-in and Check-out
- •Check-in: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- •Check-out: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- •For arrivals or departures outside these hours, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
- •If you expect to arrive later than scheduled, please notify the property as soon as possible.
Cancellations and Changes
- •During peak season, cancellations are not permitted without incurring a penalty fee.
- •Unauthorized cancellations or no-shows: the entire deposit will be forfeited.
- •Changes to the dates of your stay are subject to availability and must be communicated in advance.
Payments
- •We accept cash (CHF/EUR), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers.
- •The cantonal tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately upon arrival.
- •The rates listed are per room/apartment per night and may vary depending on the season and availability.
- •Additional paid services may be available upon request (for example, cribs for children)
Liability
- •Guests are liable for any damage caused to the room/apartment, furniture, equipment, or common areas.
- •The property is not liable for valuables left unattended in the rooms.
- •Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and apartments. In case of violation, a penalty of CHF 400 will be charged, as well as the costs for the fire department's intervention.
- •Small pets are allowed only with prior agreement and for a daily surcharge, and it is strictly prohibited to leave them alone inside the property.
- •In case of loss or damage to the key, a fee of CHF 50 will be charged.
Rules of Conduct
- •Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- •No parties or noisy events are permitted on the premises.
- •The maximum number of guests per room/apartment must not be exceeded.
- •Please respect the common areas and keep shared spaces clean.
Privacy and Data Processing
- •The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.
- •The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of managing your reservation and to comply with legal requirements.
- •The data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.
- •Guests have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data at any time.
Force Majeure
- •The facility will not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to events of force majeure.
- •In the event that the ski slopes are closed due to adverse weather conditions, no refunds will be issued.
- •Exceptional circumstances that prevent access to the facility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
